Research Fellow at the Foundation for Science and Technology of Portugal and former SYLFF Fellow at the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research. He holds a degree in International Relations from UniCEUB and a specialization in Political Science from the University of Brasilia (UnB). He earned his Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Évora and has served as an international advisor at the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture. Currently, he is a Doctoral Researcher at the Center for Social Studies (CES) and at the Faculty of Economics (FEUC) at the University of Coimbra. Additionally, he is a member of the Hannah Arendt Center for Politics and Humanities at Bard College (HAC) and a reviewer for the Journal of Political Science and International Relations (JPSIR).
